Map

This is the planned route. I’m starting with lambing in Cornwall, working up to Exmoor and round Bristol to mid-Wales where I’m going to learn about the mighty ’shroom, up into the North West for a spot of diary and sheep again in Cumbria, then over the Northern Ireland to an organic box scheme provider. Back on to Scotland for the summer, where I’ll be working everything from bees to deer to beer! Then back down the east coast as summer ends. I’ll be in the Home Counties and back round to the west country all autumn for the picking of fruits and fermenting of apples.

Here’s a updated link to a more detailed google map of where I’m planning to be.

Now, each host is marked with a push-pin, and each area gives the dates I’ll be there. If you live, know of anything foodie, or just want to meet up, get in touch. The areas are pretty random in size, basically if you’re less that three hours drive, I’ll do it.
